FISCAL & SOCIAL STATE
OBJECTS OF OUR ASSOCIATION
As the association for all friends, supporters and former members (esp. research assistants, fellows and staff) of the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, we intend to bring together all those feeling close to the Institute and its scientific activities.
Our objects include advancing the exchange between current and former academics of the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, providing the alumni of the Institute with a forum for academic and professional networking and discourse, supporting current members and guests of the Institute, and advancing science and research in the academic areas of the Institute.
Our association was established in late 2011 and has been registered with the register of associations (Vereinsregister) at the Local Court of Munich under VR 204022. It is recognized as a charitable organization.
ANNUAL MEETINGS
Our annual academic meetings in Munich are the centerpiece of our activities. During these meetings, we discuss – together with the current members and guests of the Institute – topical academic and practical issues in the fields of tax law, corporate law and public finance.
